In an AP interview Wednesday, Henry said the militant jihad which want to hurt us can tap the organized crime groups who are willing to sell the services and the ability to attack computer systems. He would not say that terror groups or whether any network rebels have actually been able to acquire high-tech capabilities.
But he said one way to protect critical utilities and financial system will set up a separate, highly secure Internet.
Henry described the idea of the Internet to the crowd at the Conference of the international security system, Association says that cyberthreats will always continue to grow and outpace efforts to defend the network against them.
